Meetings

Regular meetings of the Laura Holland Uzzell (LHU) Foundation are scheduled for 6:30 PM in classroom D12 at Sterling Montessori Academy & Charter School. Following are the dates for the 2011-2012 school year.

The LHU Board meetings are open to the public.  A community comment section is one of the first items on the agenda, and anyone is welcome to address the Board.  Advance notice is appreciated, but not required.  In the interest of time management, the President of the Board reserves the right to limit the time granted to each individual, so that the regularly scheduled Board business can be conducted.  For more extensive discussions, including those where a Board decision is requested, please contact the President (insert link to esumakeris@gmail.com) to request time on the agenda. 

Meeting minutes will be recorded by the Secretary, and will be approved by the Board at the beginning of the subsequent meeting.  After approval, they will be available in the main office, and copies will be made available by request.
