Parents and students made a wonderful discovery during Garden Day! A plaque, which was previously thought to have been removed, was discovered buried in A2’s garden space. One of Sterling’s founders, Andrea Faurot, originally placed the plaque in the garden as a tribute to her mother who passed away only a handful of months after Sterling moved into the “A” building. Students and parents worked together to restore the plaque and spruce up the garden space. It looks amazing!
We would like to thank everyone who worked so hard on Garden Day to beautify their classroom’s outdoor spaces and the school’s grounds. The sense of community was moving. We look forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come.
